This includes your email address, self-registered income and mileage inputs, receipt logs, and vehicle pro-rata calculation parameters. We do not engage in continuous passive GPS tracking when you are not actively using the tool, protecting both your device's battery and your personal privacy.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your information is strictly used to process, pro-rate, and compile your professional vehicle and business expense reports. Your records are organized in compliance with CRA Form T2125 guidelines. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal records, mileage data, or contact info to any third-party marketing companies, transport platforms, or government tax agencies.

3. Security and Storage

All database and user state records are encrypted in transit and at rest using secure enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure. You retain full ownership and control over your mileage logs, with the ability to edit or permanently delete your account data at any time.
